Scenic Land School Admission Process

We are glad you have found us and welcome your interest in The Scenic Land School.  We are the only school in Chattanooga using the Hill Center Program and serving complex students in grade K-8 who have learning differences.  Admission to The Scenic Land School is based on the individual child.

1. Attend a tour

The tour gives an opportunity to have your questions answered about The Scenic 
Land School, gives us a chance to learn more about your child, and helps everyone 
decide if we are the right school fit for your child.

2. Submit Completed Application Packet
a.    Completed Application
b.    Current Psycho educational Evaluation
c.    Current Speech/Hearing Evaluation
d.    Information from current school : Grades, Attendance, Behavior reports,  IEP’s, 504 Plans, etc.
e.    Application Fee ($100)

3. Schedule a full day visit at the school for your child
Following the day of the visit, the administration and faculty will determine if SLS 
is the right fit for your child?  We want to ensure success and be able to 
adequately meet your child’s needs. There is a possibility that a second visitation 
day may be required.

4. If it is decided that SLS is the right fit for your child, enrollment can start immediately.
